All of our Meats are carved, marinated, cooked, sliced, and grilled in house. The traditional gyro meats used in Greece and Moustaki is pork or chicken. Lamb is a common misconception created in the states by the use of frozen lamb beef gyro cones and one will never find this in any Greek Gyro spot or taverna in Greece!
